Research
My focus is on the discovery of antimicrobial natural products. Primarily, I leverage a metabolomics approach via a highly accurate mass spectrometry and bio-guided assay. I have developed a high-throughput single-analysis compound identification platform and used it to identify bioactive compounds, and I also perform single compound isolation as a necessary step for subsequent biological studies.
